AT THE END
of
2006,
401kWire named the 401(k) Industry’s 50 Most
Influential People defined as:
…the financial resources to buy a competitor or create
and market a new product. It can stem from a new idea
that is -- or will be -- widely adopted or authoring a
piece of legislation that changes the industry. It can
also be as simple as holding the respect of one's peers
so one's ideas can be widely spread and acted upon.

From Last
Week's Exchange
2006 Worst Year for
Potential
Plan Movement Since 2003
THE 2006 401KEXCHANGE OPPORTUNITY INDEX¹
ended down compared to 2005 in every market segment led

(<$1 million) down 24%. While the large market Index was
robust in the 4th quarter, YTD it was the worst year
since 2002. The desire and need for sponsors to switch
