How We Uncover Opportunities
401kExchange employs a staff of market research professionals who each month survey thousands of companies that sponsor qualified 401(k) plans. The survey asks plan sponsors to rate their overall satisfaction with their fund manager, plan administrator, and broker of record. The survey also pinpoints specific areas of dissatisfaction (your opportunity), asking which areas need improvement:
What qualifies a lead: For a lead to be qualified, the survey participant must state dissatisfaction in three of the above areas, and/or be thinking of changing/actively searching for a new plan or service.
Receiving Leads
A one-page lead data sheet is emailed directly to subscribers for follow-up. It includes the proper contact information and relevant plan statistics such as number of participants, total assets, and tenure with service provider.
