Participating advisors and wholesalers can benefit by earning certification that has real meaning to plan sponsor clients, prospects, and the retirement industry as a whole.
Programs from Novice to Advanced:
Recognizing the various degrees of experience in company retirement plan management among financial advisors, participating advisors start at levels appropriate to their previous experience and knowledge. There will be three levels of certification awarded, each taking one year to complete.
Classroom and Online Instruction:
Students of The Retirement University will have the opportunity to attend on-campus training at select locations across the USA, including at the beautiful UCLA campus in Los Angeles, California. On-campus training opportunities are combined with online curriculum, webinars, and the innovative use of social networking tools to complete a comprehensive training program. All stages of training are required to complete each level of certification. On-campus training for each level of certification will require approximately three business days to complete.
Wholesaler Training:
Providers can dramatically improve wholesaler credentials and value to their retirement advisor client base by certifying wholesalers through The Retirement University. Certified wholesalers will be able to distinguish themselves in the market place as graduates of the program, and are presented with un-paralleled networking opportunities while participating as enrolled students.
