Third Party Administrators, Inc. is an administration firm servicing tax qualified retirement plans and flexible spending plans of small and mid-sized employers. TPA remains small enough so that all of our services are personal yet not large enough to be a vast, bureaucratic institution that barely knows its client’s names. We make it our business to know our clients, their needs and objectives.

As a result, the employer is the beneficiary of unbiased, objective, impartial and independent recommendations delivered in the best interest of the employer, the tax qualified plan, its participants and beneficiaries.

TPA’s principals have combined experience of over a half-century in pension administration and business management. In addition, all staff members are highly trained and are required to obtain, or be working towards obtaining, the Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) professional designation offered through the National Institute of Pension Administrators. The depth of our experience translates to smooth and efficient handling of everything from plan design and installation to the processing of routine transactions.
